It is convenient here to consider 'CH people' in eight categories. Whilst it is possible to provide a list of all Presidents, Treasurers, Head Masters, Headmistresses and Clerks, this is not practical for Governors, Benefactors, Old Blues and other staff. There are many other people who have had a profound influence on CH, or who might justifiably have regarded themselves as members of the wider CH family. One need look no further than those who were involved in CH's foundation, including Edward VI, to find some examples.
A small number of CH people are initially featured, limited to those for whom CH has portraits. Over time, it is hoped to be able to recognise many more people who have served CH, or helped to shape it.
